In the context of an upcoming project, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to join our team as a knowledge management expert. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team in the design and creation of an adaptive industrial knowledge base and assistant system.

The successful candidate will contribute to the following tasks:

  • Design, development, and implementation of a knowledge base and assistant system.

  • Digitization and structuring of domain-specific knowledge into the knowledge base.

  • Collaboration with subject matter experts to gather, document, and structure relevant information.

  • Development and implementation of tools for knowledge sharing and dissemination across the organization.

  • Data analysis and visualization, as well as collaboration with data science experts.

  • Participating in the dissemination of results in an academic context.

  • Reporting regularly to project management regarding the progress of the project.

Your expertise:

  • Master's or diploma degree in Media & Communication, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field.

  • Experience working with knowledge bases, databases, and knowledge management systems. Understanding of information architecture and UX principles.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualizations (e.g., in Python).

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with good English language skills.

  • A working knowledge of the data sciences (including NLP), project management (SCRUM), and software architecture is a plus.
