In the context of an upcoming project, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated person to join our team as a knowledge management expert. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team in the design and creation of an adaptive industrial knowledge base and assistant system.

The successful candidate will contribute to the following tasks:

Design, development, and implementation of a knowledge base and assistant system.
Digitization and structuring of domain-specific knowledge into the knowledge base.
Collaboration with subject matter experts to gather, document, and structure relevant information.
Development and implementation of tools for knowledge sharing and dissemination across the organization.
Data analysis and visualization, as well as collaboration with data science experts.
Participating in the dissemination of results in an academic context.
Reporting regularly to project management regarding the progress of the project.

Your expertise:

Master's or diploma degree in Media & Communication, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field.
Experience working with knowledge bases, databases, and knowledge management systems. Understanding of information architecture and UX principles.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualizations (e.g., in Python).
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with good English language skills.
A working knowledge of the data sciences (including NLP), project management (SCRUM), and software architecture is a plus.
